Application Guide
Let me be frank – we're still working hard on recording our new how-to videos. But we don't want you to hate us (quite the contrary!), so we're pasting the video from earlier this year. The product changed a bit since our previous release without the flap wings, but the application method is strikingly similar. Please watch it, slow it down, watch in reverse and upside down. Rest assured we'll be adding more content in the coming days!
A few things to keep in mind:
- The alignment of the first edge is key. Once you apply it and squeeze it, you don't want to be taking it off – every sticker is a single-use (does not allow repositioning), so that's why were providing you 2 pieces just to be sure you get this right :)
- If you have a large square chip rather than the small rectangular one, worry not! While our M-shaped chip cutout covers it partly, we've designed it in a very clever way to still retain all functions of the chip. Don't believe it? Try it! :) We've been equally surprised when we learned we can actually pull it off
- The new version has a white card digit strip placed below the main sticker. This is for you to apply to the back of your card (aligned with the bottom edge) and to write down the credit/debit card digits if you have them on the front & want to preserve them. If so, please apply that strip first.
- If bubbles form, use a thin needle and gently pierce them through, then massage the point – they will likely vanish completely.
